Return & Refund Policy (Health Supplements / Herbal Juice Products)

All health supplement and herbal juice products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

1. No Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once sold and delivered are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund may be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases of:

  • Damaged product on arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect (verified)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Conditions

The product must be unused, sealed (if applicable), and returned in original packaging when return is approved.

7. Verification Right

All claims are subject to inspection and verification before approval.
